Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of noitstrategy.com (the “Site”), operated by N.O. IT Strategy LLC (“N.O. IT Strategy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Website use only, not a services contract
These Terms cover your use of the Site only. They do not create a client relationship or an agreement for IT strategy, fractional IT leadership, assessments, reviews, projects, or any other services.
Every engagement with N.O. IT Strategy is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. Submitting a form, sending an email, requesting documents, or booking a meeting does not by itself create a client relationship.
Informational content, not professional advice
Strategic Briefings, white papers, service pages, and other Site content are provided for general information. They are not legal, financial, tax, insurance, accounting, or compliance advice, and they are not a substitute for advice about your specific situation.
Content about laws, regulations, and frameworks, such as the FTC Safeguards Rule, SOC 2, cyber insurance requirements, and AI governance, may not reflect the most recent changes and may not apply to your organization. Talk with a qualified attorney, accountant, insurance professional, or other advisor before acting on it.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including Strategic Briefings, white papers, text, graphics, images, logos, and the N.O. IT Strategy name, are owned by N.O. IT Strategy LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may:
- View, download, and print Site content for your own internal business or personal use.
- Share links to Strategic Briefings and other pages.
- Quote brief excerpts with clear credit to N.O. IT Strategy LLC and a link to the original page.
You may not copy or republish substantial portions of the content, sell it, remove copyright or other notices, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Submit false information, impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Upload or transmit malware or other harmful code.
